If you want to get more for your car go to carmax, don't waste your time with these guys, they sure wasted mine. I had carmax letter and they assured me they could beat it. Not good business practice, need to be transparent, cax max does honor their offers once they have inspected your vehicle, have sold 4 to them and they pay what they originally offer online.

Overall, not bad. But the devil is in the details. Transaction took about 4 days although it should've been super simple. Forced to use their financing, but I understand in todays market. Quoted me a warranty that I agreed to. When I came to sign, the warranty was 30% higher than quoted. I've reached out and asked for confirmation that this will be refunded and got a response back that it will be, but haven't heard back since. Have followed up a few times with the sales person and finance manager. Lastly, car came with an empty tank (accustomed to getting a full tank with a car purchased from dealership) and small scratches under front bumper (that weren't mentioned in description). All in all, not bad... But be super thorough when buying from this dealership and don't need anything for later.

The one and only downfall of the Service Center is the lack of communication and the disinterest in making an effort to improve communication to the customer. I dropped my vehicle on a Thursday morning right as they open. I was told it would probably 3-4 days before I heard back on the diagnostic and recommended service(s). Mind you, I knew what was wrong and showed a picture of what was wrong (I just didn’t have the time nor resources and ability to fix it). But I understood they still needed to do their full diagnostic (for legal reasons). Makes sense. I still asked to clarify, “you mean 3-4 business days, right?” (again, I was dropping it off on a Thursday morning). “No, just 3-4 days,” I was told. Ok. Weekend goes by. I still figure business days. No call. On Wednesday (5th business day) I finally call. My service rep was out so opt to speak with someone else. They inform me that the system showed my vehicle was just now with a tech and that I would probably hear back that afternoon or by the next day (Thursday). Ok. Wait. No call either day. Friday morning (now the 7th business day, 9th calendar day) I call around noon. I get a hold of my assigned service person who tells me the system is now showing to be with a technician. Wait. I thought the system showed that 3 days ago? I told the person that I understand labor is short and times are extended but I was originally quoted 3-4 “days” and I was about to need to make more vehicle arrangements for a second week. This person proceeded to tell me that they are “not short in labor. Actually, a full electronic diagnostic is consistent with a 7-10 day waiting period.” Wait. You knew a full electrical diagnostic would be 7-10 days? Did you know that when I dropped the vehicle off and insisted it would only be 3-4 “days”? Or did you find out during that week and just didn’t bother to at least call me and update me that it would be longer? That I had to be the one to call each and every time to get some sort of update well after the many quoted times? After hearing this, the service representative then gives me a very that’s-the-way-it-is shrug of a response and tells me they will try to call me by the afternoon. To their credit, I was called that afternoon with partial info. The next morning I received the rest of the information and gave the ok for certain repairs (including the one I pointed out originally). Again, to their credit they finished the work and had my vehicle to me by Thursday (11 business days and 15 days in total). Would I have been upset at waiting all this time? Not if I was communicated right from the beginning what to expect. Or at least receive a call several days in to at least tell me that things were running behind but would get to my vehicle soon. The lack of communication and my perception from the interaction with at least 6 different employees there was of no concern to communicate and no urgency to do so for the customer. I definitely will not be returning to this location and will make sure my friends and family avoid this place at all costs.

And when I finally received it , the salesman told me that the a/c wasn't working . Then they gave me the run around when it would be fixed . I like my new Ford Explorer XLT. I have had it for a week now. I will have to bring it in because of something minor. I just didn't like the the whole buying process. I order my Ford in 12/18/21. They told me it would be here 6-12 weeks. It did not arrive until 4/12. I picked it up 4/16. They did not honor the deal that running when I order the Ford Explorer 0% for 60 months. They also did not honor the Ford X-Plan Partner Recognition.Which I have learned dealer have the right to honor it or not. They told me if I wanted 0% to go with 36 months. When you're a working parent that's a big difference. . My coworker was honored at the Fort Worth location! My experience was tinted. The pricing should have been honored Updated on 5/7. They gave me the FordXCPlan Partner Recognitiod difference. I did not get the Zero Apr. I did get new mat.

I will never do business with this place ever again. If you buy a used car here have it checked out with your personal mechanic. I bought a 2012 Ford Fusion Hybrid in August for my son’s birthday. He had only been driving it for two months when it completely went out on him. Naturally, I take it to the service center, which takes a week to get an appointment. They tell me it’s the battery that was the problem. Once that was fix my car still wouldn’t move along with making a huge ticking noise in the engine. In the meanwhile, I’m told that the hybrid machine is not working so they can’t access the problem. Almost two months of not having my car they tell me the car had bad gas and that I have to pay $1200 to get it fixed because it’s not covered under warranty. In my opinion they really don’t know what’s wrong with my vehicle. So I go over to sales and the informed me that they sold me bad car. They suggested to put me in another vehicle which doubled in my monthly payment. I’m so disappointed with this place. I will never buy a car new or used here ever again. Now, after taking my car to the Burleson service center, I am told that my car will cost more to fix than I paid for it. What should I do??? If anyone have any suggestions or advice please help me.

What can I say about my service adviser Dave and the service. I love this place. They have been awesome with the service and repairs on my f 150 and my wife's fusion. Always call to keep me updated on the repairs. One time my wife had a battery issue and I was out of town and I called Dave he said for her to get the vehicle up there and would take care if it. They did. It's great to know when I am out of town they are willing to go the extra mile.

We turned to AutoNation Ford because a different dealership in town kept quoting us a 2-3 week time frame for a simple backup camera fix that was still under warranty and we were going to have to leave our car there that entire time. Once we turned to AutoNation Ford, it was easy to make an appointment through their automated system, but I wanted to ask a question and had to leave several messages. It took a while for someone to call me back, but once they did, service was friendly and time frame quote was accurate; my car was fixed in only 5 days. We will use them again!

I pre-ordered a new Ford Mustang MachE through AutoNation in Arlington and now that it has come in, they are low balling me thousands of dollars less than 4 other dealerships - to include another AutoNation dealership. I'm sure it's because they know I have to buy the new car from them. Additionally, I can't bring in outside financing to get the best interest rate. If the vehicle I ordered was not with them, I would walk. Won't do business with them again or refer anyone I know. They can not tell when a transmission is not working properly. They told me unfortunately it may have to get worse before they can do anything about it. I only found this out when they kept it for three weeks. Oh and heads up, they will schedule you an appointment, then tell you you have to leave the vehicle there for two weeks before they will look at it. How does that make any sense. I would be better off canceling my extended warranty and getting the work done somewhere else. I am done with AutoNation.

During the pandemic, I received a recall notice to replace the steering wheel bolt. I called the dealership nearest to me and made an appointment. This was the easiest experience I have ever had! I just got my car the past few months.It was the easiest drop off. They offered to pay for a lift for me to go home and come back which I didn’t need but that was amazing to know for the future. But since I just got a new ford, I gain a lot of ford points on the app which paid for my services completely. And they threw in a car wash which was amazing. I purchased my car from autonation and prepaid for the service first few have been fine called to schedule appointment weeks ago for a simple oil change and inspection and to check out the bubbling tint got there early to be told appointments don’t matter they get to it when they have time and it’s going to be at least a few hours before they can maybe pull it around then asked about a loaner they said don’t have any come back some other time and they can try to get me in. It’s very frustrating they don’t value anyone time after they got their money I will never make that mistake again Update I’ve been on the phone trying to get in contact with the general manager and keep getting transferred to a switch board or call center do you have a direct number getting run around in circles isn’t helpful

The mechanical service was completed within the forecast time. This includes each stage of service from the appointment, time for diagnosis, time for getting parts and the actual repair. So despite supply chain problems, they delivered a repaired car within the forecast period. In an age when I am thinking of getting an electric car SIMPLY TO AVOID SERVICE problems, Ill go back to this dealer.

We had a problem with our A/C, while traveling thru TX. They were good about accommodating us and getting our truck diagnosed promptly and completely the repairs. I take one star away for poor communication. Our service writer initiated communication via txt, and that worked well on Thursday and Friday. Monday we heard nothing after 3 attempts. Turns out he was sick that day, but there system does not send automated out-of-office replies, and no one else checked his messages. I consider this a flaw in their txt system.

Sean was a great and attentive Sales person. There was a mix up that knocked this whole thing down a couple of stars. I was in dealership, we worked out the trade and the price on the brand new truck I wanted. I needed to leave for a meeting, and when the meeting was over, I called, and asked if I should come back that evening, or wait till AM. I was told AM would be fine. I got up early (this location is 1 hour and 15 mins from my house), I showed up at the dealership when they opened, and I was told the car got sold. Wasting a lot of time and money. Nothing they could do, blah blah. I did end up ordering a Brand New F-150 from another dealership for this reason. However, a week later I did still end up trading my truck in on a pre-owned one, until my ordered unit comes in. Another sad note, the day after I missed the 250 mile return threshold, I got a call that they had another new one in stock (at a sister location) I could have gotten....but unfortunately it was too late. Overall not the best, but in the end it will work out with my ordered unit. .

Called to get $50k mustang with 25k miles on it and it's a 2020 and very rude tech named Jason acted like I was an inconvenience and transferred me. To reception and was told aug 1st before I could get it worked on and 4 weeks before they can even look. At it to decide if it needed work and Jason said unless I've been at that location he can't help me over phone.... Take business away from Ford as I found other dealerships. I brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I was advised it would take about 1.5 hours. Therefore I chose to wait and get in some work while waiting. In addition, when I was quoted the price for “theWorks,” I let the rep know I bought new tires there and was advised the rotation would be free as a result. She then said thanks for letting her know and they would discount the price in lieu of this. Now, 1.5 hours later the same rep is walking past me and I call them over to inquire about my vehicle. They mentioned it’s going to be awhile and even said, you know we only have two technicians today. While I can appreciate that info, it should have been what you led with when I asked about the service and length of time not now when it’s time to go based on when I was promised the car would be ready. This comes off like an excuse at this point. I called and got a ride to come pick me up. While at home I decided to call back in and confirm what the walk out the door price is for today’s service. As an aside, they offered to fetch me an Uber to get home but I declined. Anyway, she didn’t offer a discount at all. I was incensed by this point. This is the second time in a row I have had a negative experience at Autonation Ford in Arlington. Shame on me the second time. I will find a new place to take my car. I should not leave here frustrated and stressed over an oil change! Talking with rep and try to discuss this professionally and with common sense just was not in the cards with the rep I had. She added a slight discount after everything was said and done but it was for my inconvenience not because of a reduction because of my tires being purchased there. She did not possess empathy nor understanding. Go elsewhere people!

The salesperson, Sean McGough, has high character and excellent personality. Easy to talk to and is really genuine. Words not typically aligned to a car salesman. He gets all 5 stars. Sadly as usual and seems to be fully customary now, the sales manager wanted to add 3 addon items to the purchase contract, saying each I had already been installed, yet the window sticker told otherwise. A poor tactic, but very commonplace in when auto buying. The window tint was overpriced and had already been added to the vehicle, I kind of get it and tolerate it. But saying the fabric protector and a windshield film to protect from dings and chips was pure BS. Each was priced at $699 each and each having a 3 yr warranty coverage and btw there is a $50 charge for each event to repair the stain per policy. That’s hilarious, petty and also scheming. Scotchguard can be purchased for cheap, less than $20 for two large bottles. DIYers can apply this 3x a year, minimum 2x a year and after 3 yrs, applying 3x a year, it’d cost $180. Windshield film and protection … most car insurance companies add windshield damage and replacement for $25 to $50 per year with no deductible and unlimited number of instances (some companies limit to 4x per year). $699 for 3 yrs coverage or $75/$150 for a total of 3 yrs. Don’t be a “jick” about it, all you are doing is causing the dealership brand to be tarnished. The sales manager team gets 2 stars since we came to a compromise solution, next time be less “Jacky” about it. As I had to travel the next day out of state, I had asked to split the all cash purchase into two payments - one to hold and allow the check to clear w.o issues, and the rest would be paid 3 days later would I returned to the area. The first F&I manager, Charles, is a humble and charismatic guy. Worked with him on the first payment of two payments. A few days later when I returned from OOO to finish the purchase process I worked with another F&I manager who was less than stellar and certainly had no charm or grace. Had a 5pm appointment, I finally saw him at 5.55pm. His initial greeting to me was “I hear you owe some money I be right back”. No introduction of his name, no greeting of the customer, just a plan classless act. When the delayed appt time finally happened, we tried to complete the transaction using a debit card, which had been previously discussed. The debit card was declined, we tried 2x. I called my bank only to find out the bank’s customer service hours ended at 6pm. I wonder what could have happened if the scheduled appt time had started when it had been expected to start. Needless to say since I could not clear the issue with my bank I had to return the next day to complete the purchase. Thank god the next day Charles was back in the office and we closed the purchase. Charles gets 5 stars, the second F&I manager gets 1 star.

Would give less than one start, I am not sure at the moment what the guys name was I spoke to but he told me no matter what they could work out a deal with me on my credit situation and then received an email a week later stating if I didn't have a co signer or a bigger down payment keep in mind he already new I had 1000 dollar down payment really need a vehicle was told they could work with that, the email stated they can't do anything for me.

We bought a truck Friday evening. It was cold and windy, salesman did not point out a dent on side of bumper, told us not accidents per car fax, but did not hand my son the paper but put it in folder and when we got home the carfax paper was gone. Also we refused the $3400 extended warranty and the finance person put it on the loan anyway. We refused and signed to refuse the Gap, he said he was gonna throw it on anyway, well he did and charged us. Also when we signed on tablet it was 60 month note at 8 or 10% interest. When we got home and I read paperwork 2 days later, he had changed the loan to 72 months. I have called to speak to the finance manager and have received no call back. And this all happened as they were closing so it was kinda rushed so I guess that's how this thieving finance person got this by us.

First time to this dealership for routine work. Employees were very nice, even though it was early on a Saturday morning. Reason I give only four stars; sort of felt there wasn't interest in helping me make sure all is good with my vehicle. I asked, a few time, if all was ok; nothing else should be considered and they said no. They did finally say that next time I should have brakes reviewed. Yet when I looked over the paperwork later it said one set of pads should be replaced pretty soon. I understand my maintenance coverage only covers the very basic but if a customer actually asks for other possible upkeep, I would think someone would take the time to go over options. Might be wrong but just felt they weren't completely interested in helping to keep my vehicle tip top shape but just wanted to get me out of there.

I own a 2012 Ford Focus with the notorious dual clutch transmission. In an attempt to fix some issues myself, I reached out to AutoNation Burleson, but they only had one part, I needed two. AutoNation Burleson was able to tell me that AutoNation Arlington had 3 units in inventory, so I headed that way. When I arrived, the parts department was almost impossible to find, towards the back of the service department. When I did find it, I gave the man at the window the part number I was looking for, and he told me that they did have three, but that they were “shop only” parts and he refused to sell them to me, recommending that I get with a service advisor to have them look into my transmission issues. When I made my way over to the service advisor area, I engaged a female service advisor, who was extremely rude and short with me, very curtly stating they had vehicles that had been in the shop for 6+months waiting on parts, and that they were 2-3 months backed up on appointments to even get it in to get it looked at if I went that route. Interesting that they refused to sell me a part that was in their inventory. Called AutoNation Burleson back to make sure they would actually sell me the part and they said they would. Ended up buying from AutoNation Burleson, will never return to AutoNation Arlington for anything.

I understand being short staffed, but there needs to be a better way to handle this without losing my car for over a week just sitting there. Maybe start a true appointment list where I can be contacted when you are ready for my car to be checked out. I left a message for the Service Manager to discuss this, and he never even bothered to call me back. I'm done with Autonation Ford because of his lack of concern. I went to a local shop and got the work done on the same day.

If you're looking for a new or used vehicle, look no further than AutoNation. This is the third car I've bought from these folks and I would never buy a car from anyone else. Akim, is by far one of the best salesmen I've ever worked worth! He's personable, professional, knowledgeable, patient, outgoing and above and beyond all he is an extremely good LISTENER! Most recently, my wife and I were in need of two cars and both of us were very specific in our requests. Akim took the time to digest all of the information and curated a list of cars that met our specifications. Most importantly, he made my wife and I feel comfortable and took his time explaining the various features of the cars he selected. My wife is extremely persnickety. So, making her happy can sometimes be a little challenging. The fact Akim was able to find the specific car my wife wanted, without the usual "car salesman pushy shtick" was very impressive to me. Once he satisfied her, he was able to square me away and get me the car of my dreams, as well! I can't thank Akim enough for the excellent service he provided and for taking such great care of us. Also, I would be remised if I didn't thank John, the finance manager, for his help as well. It was late at night when we were wrapping up this transaction, but instead of rushing us along and trying to hurry us though the transaction. He took his time, explained everything to us and treated us as if we were his first customers of the day, instead of one his last. This is the first time I didn’t immediately regret buying a car! It’s beautiful, and has way more than I asked for which is great!! I’m very happy with my purchase and experience. Also would like to add, that I went with just myself and my three kids all under the age of 6, and of course they were over it and acting like I had just fed them a pound of sugar each! The team at Autonation were very good at not making me feel Awful about that and some of them were super nice regardless of my crew of wild children. Only pointer I would say is that the small childrens nook in the back needs a major face lift and some new toys to distract kids so parents can try and focus. But really that’s my own fault and has no true effect on my rating of Autonation.

Made an appointment online to bring my car into the shop for service. When I arrived at the shop yesterday for my appointment, nobody greeted me in the bay. I went inside, and I waited for an available rep to notice me. The first person passed me off to another rep who was assigned to my car said, "Did you receive my text?" Nope. Apparently, he texted me (or thought he texted me) about the wait time for my vehicle. I have to leave my car there for 8-9 days before a mechanic can work on it! I asked if I could stay in the queue and bring my car back when the mechanic is ready to work on it. Nope. Folks there were quite short with me. What ever happened to customer service?

One of the worst around. Get ready for the run-around! This dealership is so confused and confounding that you'll find yourself buying from someone else, or out of the market altogether! The salesperson we worked with gave us a different story every time we spoke to them. The one you want is available! Oh, wait, it's not. Want to order one? Oh, now it is available, but it's $10k over msrp, is that okay? Oh, it' not available, so you'll need to order. Oh, now it is available but you are required to purchase $3k in dealer add-ons, even though it isn't here, because WE REQUIRE THESE ADD-ONS ON ALL PURCHASES. Oh, you are going to order? You can put down a non-refundable deposit, but we won't tell you what you are paying. The deposit comes with no documentation, so you can't hold us to anything when the car comes in, even if we decide it is now loaded with add-ons or over msrp, you'll pay it or lose your deposit. And we heard this several times: Well, if you don't pay it, SOMEONE ELSE WILL! For a "no haggle" dealership, their story is all over the place. The market is understandably crazy these days, but this dealership is one of the worst. It's not just that they are in the business to make as much money as possible, it's that they are in the business to gouge as much money as possible by straight up deception. Save yourself some time and avoid this dealership.

Took my 2018 Explorer in for recall work. Jamie Heiland was my contact person. He was not good. He was over and beyond it by light years!!! He made sure we got everything taken care of. He kept us updated on the progress. When we had issues getting a transmission in due to supply chain problems, he helped us get a rental vehicle to use until our Explorer was ready. When it was ready, he even kept it an extra day so that it could be washed and clean when we picked it up. It wasn't dirty when we turned it in but that extra step was the icing on the cake for me. I will be taking our Explorer too AutoNation Ford for all of its services! I'm even going to purchase a vehicle from AutoNation when the time is right!

This is probably the last time I will ever by a car from this store. To summarize: Customer service was HORRIBLE (Except for Mike Halasa), and the car I bought has issues. THE EXPERIENCE: Initial sales person I dealt with, kept a fine line of communication, until he started getting frustrated, and decided to send a disrespectful text that reflected his frustration. I decided to stop communication with him, called the dealership and spoke to a Sales Manager, Matt. I told Matt I do not want to deal with that salesperson anymore, but I am ready to come in next day first thing in the morning and buy the car. I sent him my drivers license, and insurance, and asked him to have as much as ready as possible so I can test drive the car, do paperwork and leave. When I get to the dealership, Mike greets me, tells me Matt is not in because of some kind of emergency. He did not inform anyone about my arrival or have anything ready. Mike had to start from scratch. John the finance manager wasn't difficult to work with, but was very unpleasant. It was like he wasn't happy I brought my pre-approval for financing. Was a very quiet and cold financing experience. At least he didn't try to push me in to buying anything which I appreciated. Spend about 3 hours total at the dealership before I drove out. THE PRODUCT/CAR (2015 Audi S8): The car test drove fine, and basic visual inspection seemed okay as well. After I bought it, I took to an Audi specialist, that gave me a bill of over $3k in repairs. 1.The front control arm bushings were leaking and needed to be replaced. 2. Front headlight washer was leaking and needed to be replaced. 3. Entire rear brakes needed replacement. 4. 12v socket not working. 5. Autonation used an aftermarket windshield (i know this because they had the STICKER on it), and did not bother recalibrating the adaptive cruise control camera. So their "rigorous inspection process" is BS, and you should DEFINITELY use a third party to inspect the vehicle before you buy it. I will definitely be doing it next time.

Second time at the service department and both times I have been lucky enough to have 1 employee willing to help- today it’s Josh and he is great. Everyone else is just sitting and no one bothered to come out when I sat out there waiting. When I walked in, no greeting and petty much made sure to even look my way. If I could give 0 stars, I would. What a terrible experience my mother and I shared yesterday. We arrived at AutoNation Ford in Arlington around noon with the intent to test drive 4 vehicles. We were greeted and approached by a new employee, Ivan. He was so new, he didn’t even have his Ford polo or business cards yet. However, Ivan was the ONLY employee who seemed to care about servicing us. Ivan asked the typical series of questions when considering a new car. He was very thorough and personable. He informed us that we’d only be able to test 2/4 of the vehicles I wanted, due to one recent sale and the other being in Fort Worth. That’s fine. Ivan’s trainer, Mark Castillo, then involved himself in the process. I already shared my wants- one of them being a newer used vehicle (2019-2020), “the newer the better” to Ivan. However, Mark tells him to show us a 2018 Edge, because it’s “super clean” and ironically Mark informs us that he was the previous owner. Not what I wanted, but sure I’ll drive it. Mark asks me if he can make me the deal of a lifetime, would I be willing to buy it. And I said it would have to be one hell of a deal and one hell of a car. It takes forever for Ivan to get the keys, but that’s fine, we were patient. Upon initial inspection of the car, my mother and I knew this wasn’t the “car of a lifetime”. The exterior paint was damaged on the tail rear and right front. One of the tires (also on the right) was significantly duller than the others…in other words, we could tell it had been in some kind of accident. Nonetheless, I gave it a local spin. Unfortunately, due to his inexperience, Ivan really couldn’t answer many of our questions as it related to different features. I won’t fault him for that, because I already knew enough about the vehicle and he is new. But even the CarFax provided in the vehicle wasn’t current. For example, there was a 12k difference in the reported mileage on CarFax and the odometer. We return to Ivan’s cubicle and Mark inquires our thoughts on the vehicle. I guess he was surprised that we…didn’t like it. So he tells Ivan which Explorer to pull for us next. It took Ivan twice as long to bring up this car than the first. I’m talking close to a 30min. wait. So I just knew THIS would be the vehicle I’d have to take home with me! WRONG. 1st red flag- Ivan warned us that the interior “needed some work”. 2nd red flag- There wasn’t a pricing sticker in the window of the car. 3rd red flag- The interior contained Cheesecake Factory food containers and half eaten FOOD was out on the floors and seats, front AND 2nd row!! It was sticky. It smelled. My mom literally had to warn Ivan not to sit in one of the seats because the food would stain his shorts. It was absolutely disgusting and unsanitary! I didn’t even want to test drive it. But for as long as we waited, I also didn’t want to refuse this one. Because who knows what the next one would look like. We’d gone from bad to worse. This Explorer was over driven and the ride was terrible. When we came back inside, they had us wait again to draft up a sales pitch, as if nothing was wrong with either vehicle! When we shared our horrifying experience with Mark and Ivan, they had nothing to say. We were there for THREE hours. Those were the best vehicles you all could show us? Is that what you show potential customers?! AND during Covid-19?! Maybe they didn’t want our service? As a Black female, coming from a family of sole Ford car drivers (70 years+ for my family), and A-plan carrier, my mother and I have NEVER felt more insulted and disrespected by a dealership experience. I feel so bad for poor Ivan being trained by Mark Castillo. He won’t get any sales showing folks cars like those. I was actually a previous customer of AutoNation Ford for services, and now I won’t be returning to Arlington for service OR a sale.

I purchased a part that was delivered to me without a part sticker the parts department claims it must have to be able to return. If i knew this was the case I would have never accepted this part and paid for it, it was brought to me without the sticker and now they won’t take it back, seems like a scam to begin with delivering a part without something needed for return if need the case. Loyalty of being a customer for a long time seems not to matter to this dealership. Took vehicle in for oil change and repair of recall. I put the recall info in the on line scheduling but the technician didn’t know anything about it. Even though the letter we received said parts were available, parts had to be ordered and another visit scheduled. Told technician we were on the maintenance plan but when the bill was made it, they didn’t give credit for the oil change and it had to be refigured. The facility is very nice and people friendly but they don’t pay attention to what they are told. I would recommend them but you have to pay attention to prevent additional trips or extra expense!

Worst dealership ever. They “don’t” deal with outside financing. Which I’ve never heard of at other dealerships. When I first arrived they let me test drive the vehicle but no one ever discussed any safety features or what all the car included. They just gave me the keys to go around the block, which already shows BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went in wanting a Ford Explorer I found it and they simply made it impossible to work with me. They kept saying my trade in wasn’t worth what I wanted, but prior to going I had an estimate from an auction house and when I showed them they just questioned how I was able to obtain a copy of that. In addition to that when I asked how many banks were running my credit because they didn’t want to go through my credit union he stated and I quote “I’m not sure” which I was upset about because usually any place they go to they have to disclose how many banks are running your credit it falls under the FCRA regulations. I was finally getting somewhere with them until they refused to show my down payment on the purchase order being requested by the bank, they insisted on classifying my down payment as rebates which are not the same. In all honesty opinion I would highly NOT recommend making business with this dealership that such poor customer service.

Later around 7:30pm she said that she going to send him how much He was going to pay a month on the truck did not get any emails. There was two open recalls on my Ford Flex. Both could not be done because they didn’t have the parts(this has been over a year since I got the notes). I called in probably around April time and spoke to the parts department about setting up a time so that my flex could be repaired. The first question I asked was if the parts were in. I was assured that they were so I scheduled the appt. the day before a different person called me stating that they did not have the parts for the recall. He says that the parts have been back ordered for a while etc etc. I told him that was the first thing I asked because I knew about it. He seemed shocked and said he could call me when they came in. Well they called me last week and said the parts were here and I told them that I sold the car - it can now be someone’s headache. I also have a Ford Focus that has had the transmission “fixed” twice due to recall. I bought that at Autonation and will be selling that one too.

We came to auto nation ford, in fort worth, we had a trip to come to from houston so we decided to look at the suburban and wanted to purchase it. Everything was going fine until i asked them NOT to run my credit through wells fargo, (i always get denied) next thing i know i check my credit karma and they ran it through them and got denied obviously. They “checked” the vehicle and did an oil change, All they did was reset the oil life in the dash, once we made it home next day i check oil and it was pitch black i had to pay to get the oil change done. The clarity of this dealer is poor, i get it we were in a rush but when i clearly asked him not to run wells fargo they should have respected that. And not lied about the oil change done.

I was told by Peggy that they don't have a technician for a 1999 Ford F-150 and she couldn't tell me anything. 2nd my truck would sit there for 5-7 days b4 they could look at it. Bought a Honda Van from Aoutonation Arlington. With in 2 weeks started hearing and have transmission, rocker rollers. Plus there is a moldy smell. Like its been in a flood. Took it back up there and the Sales manager Edward allego. They said that we bought as is. Then canceled the warranty after they looked it over and it's a piece of junk. I give my service experience a one star rating. This is the first time i was compelled to write to a review. Long story short, I took my Escape for routine oil change and tire rotation in May. I was told the tire rotation could not be done because the lug nuts were swollen and they could not be replaced with Ford parts because the same thing would happen. I was then asked by Joshua, my Service Advisor, to go purchase new lug nuts at an automotive store and bring them back to the dealership. I didn't understand why I responsible for defective Ford parts. I then declined the tire rotation. When I returned to the dealership to pick up my car, it had not been washed. When I asked Joshua about that, he asked "Oh, did you want your car washed?" Needless to say my overall experience was not what I expected.

Went to AutoNation for oil change and tire rotation. Had an appointment. As I waited in the lobby, it took just over 3 (!) hours to get the maintenance done. That is an unacceptable amount of time for that maintenance. The only reason it’s 2 stars and not 1 is because Paul (in customer service) was great and kept apologizing and gave 10% off. AutoNation shouldn’t make customers wait 3 hours for oil change/tire rotation.

AutoNation has always been very helpful when we needed service on our car. Ford, on the other hand, disappoints me this time. I was sent the recall which asked me to make an appointment to fix the recall about brake fluid leaking. I did, was there 5 minutes before AutoNation opened, only to be very disappointed and disgruntled. I was told all that was needed was my vin number so it could be sent in to actually get the parts and I’d need to wait 2-3 weeks for the parts to come in so I could make a new appointment to get my recall fixed! This is not quality service! If the leaking brake fluid is a danger, every effort should have been made to correct it in a timely manner. The service I received from AutoNation, telling me I needed to start the process over and doing it in a professional way was good. Ford Motor Company needs to live up to its name like AutoNation did. Thank you.

They even checked an additional Ford offer I received and qualified for to lower the price. Erick who handled the financing was also very good - although there was a little pressure for some more of the add ons, he was not too pushy and was able to match a price for Ford Protect which was my preferred extended protection. A couple of things that could have made the experience perfect instead of really good would be dealer add on disclosure online and just to speed up the process a bit.

Definitely do NOT recommend and will not be returning to their service department! I made an appointment for 11:30 for a simple oil change and tire rotation & when making my appointment said that I would be waiting there for my vehicle, as online it said they would prioritize/schedule differently if you we waiting vs. leaving it. When I arrived I pulled up to the service drive, walked inside and was not greeted by anyone. I finally was able to speak with someone and they directed me to my service advisor. I was very sarcastically greeted by him ‘hello valued customer’ and then he proceeded to tell me it would be 2-3 hours for a routine oil change & tire rotation, which is completely unacceptable after having made an appointment and then complained to me about their scheduling system. I started to leave, but then was able to find someone to come pick me and my child up, so ended up leaving my vehicle there. While they had my vehicle I heard NOTHING, no update, no check in, nothing.. I called after 3pm (so well over the originally quoted 2-3 hours) and left a message with my service advisor. After waiting another 30-45 minutes I called again as we were waiting to get my car back to leave town... Everyone tried to transfer me to my advisor that had not yet called me back. I finally got a woman on the phone that told me he should have quoted me 3-4 hours (also unacceptable after making an appointment for routine service) - she was within talking distance to my advisor, she was talking back and forth with him and then put me on hold. When she came back she told me if I could be there at 4:15 they would have my car ready! It wasn’t even ready yet!!!!! I had to chase them down to track when my car would be ready, which is again, completely unacceptable! 11:30 appointment, quoted 2-3 hours, finally got in my car about 4:30, 5 hours after my originally schedule appointment!!

No one acknowledged me when I stepped in. I approached Joshua and explained my situation. Turns out I had a bad cell in my battery. Quoted $180 at a 40 month replacement plan or $230 for lifetime. I took my 2019 F150 in for a service problem of a leaking liquid from the rear of the engine on March 3. The service rep Daunte said they could not get to the problem until the following week. He called and left a message on Tuesday March 9 that the service tech could not find anything wrong. That the liquid from the rear of the engine was caused by condensation. So basically every time I start up the vehicle a black pool of water is going to be left in my garage. I have an older F150 and 2017 escape and have NEVER had any problems. Dauante was not very accommodating and told me this something I have to live with. Not there are 2 pools of blackish water being left following the start up each day. The other is now dripping from end of the muffler. The service reps and techs do not appear to care about resolving this issue.

I like to shop online and they had current pictures of the truck I wanted with full detail. I went in the week of the crazy snow and ice on 02/18/21 and they made a point to still get there and open. I?d been looking at a truck I like and they had it. The guys there had excellent customer service and were very helpful. I went to 2 other dealerships before this and it was day and night difference in customer service. The dealership itself was nice as well and clean. I had asked about covering the back seats with something cause we lost power and had to pick up my dogs. They went out of their way to find something for me which was nice. When I got there they made a point to help me out right away and did not have to wait very long , which was really convenient. They comped the oil change because it took so long, but they were communicative and kept me updated. The Covid issues seem to affecting everything, so perhaps that?s what it was. Work seems to have been well performed, however, and very clean under the hood after all services.

Although I arrived 4 hrs before closing, I was the last one out the door. They were short handed in finance. Very happy with the truck, happy with their selection, as well as their test drive process, and everyone was genuinely super nice and helpful. However salesman I had appointment with was not on site when I showed up - no worries his team still treated us great and got us to the truck I was interested until he returned. Salesman also forgot to grab the second key when purchased but has since bent over backwards to get it to me (even offering to bring it to the house). The person who seats people with a salesman sat a couple at a desk that already had customers. The couple who sat down were capable of reviewing the paperwork of the couple who was being helped (the helped couple had gotten up to get drinks). Nothing was compromised and the salesman addressed it when he got back to the desk (he was with a manager I guess) but the potential was there. Speaking of drinks, although they have a vending machine for drinks, it contains no water. So the only water you can get is from a fountain or a water dispenser using cups left out in the open for everyone to access - turned off by that.

I recently purchased a used 2010 dodge Dakota from you recently. I wanted to let you know I am very disappointed in your work shop as there is no way the vehicle should have passed inspection in the current state, the following is a list of items found on the vehicle so far: a the front signal light was inoperative, when it was opened up the bulb had broken off in the holder , making it difficult to change , an inspection item which should have been checked the horn on the steering does not work in order to fix is going to require removal of the airbag , once again should have failed inspection. c finally and the most dangerous the rack and pinion is failing making it drift whilst driving. Needs replacing completely . I understand it is a well used vehicle but these are major items which should have been picked up during inspection. You have not responded to my requests . When I got there for my appointment, was told "the system (and the cars.com ad.) does not match "all of the upgrades, done to the truck" . In other words: we don't have the truck we told you was in stock. Then was given another vehicle to test drive, only to find out it was not the same desired engine (after the test drive)! I was looking for a used truck and found one at Autonation Ford Arlington. My sales consultant was John Banks. The morning of the day of my appointment (the day after Thanksgiving), John called to advise the vehicle had been moved to their Fort Worth dealership and he was going to have it sent back to their location. John went over and above in communicating and getting the vehicle back to their dealership. After the test drive, we decided it was the right price with the right mileage and with the options we wanted. We had been pre-approved by our credit union with a good interest rate. We worked with Jason Vallejo on financing, who thought he could get us a better rate. Jason was able to obtain a better interest rate than we obtained through our credit union. After experiencing dealerships that practice hard sell tactics and would not give a fair market value for my trade-in, this was a refreshing buying experience. Autonation Ford gave me a fair market value of my trade-in. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend Autonation Ford for their customer-centric attitude and no pressure sales process. My wife and I are happy with our purchase and are enjoying our truck!

After spending over $2,000.00 on my vehicle in September (including Engine Performance Service, Tune Up, Oil Change. etc.) in an attempt to make sure everything was in proper working order, my "Low Oil Pressure" light came on (after about $1,200 miles). I took it back to the service department at which point I was informed I would need a new Engine Assembly that costs $9,995.00 + Tax! Extremely frustrated with the lack of accountability, I nevertheless asked how much my vehicle (2012 F-150 with 170K miles) would be worth in trade at the dealership. An appraiser called and told me it would only be worth $500.00! I had a few other dealers quote me anywhere between 2K and 4K depending on the overall condition of the engine and up to $8,500.00 if the engine was working. I immediately had my vehicle towed from AutoNation Ford and about $110.00 later I have a new oil pressure switch ($20.00 parts + $90.00 labor) and my truck is running perfectly. Very disappointed in the attempt at low-balling me by the appraiser and the service tech recommending the most expensive solution available after just spending thousands of dollars trusting AutoNation to make sure my truck was in good working order. The multi-point inspection must be a joke too, because it showed where the engine, oil, and battery checked as okay, while notating the oil pressure switch leaks (the service tech did advise the pressure switch could be replaced, for $2,500.00, but recommended against it). Very unfortunate that this wasn't caught 2 months ago, and AutoNation didn't stand behind their diagnostic work and make it right, but instead tried to scare me into spending an exorbitant amount of money while basically saying my vehicle (pictured below) was nothing more than scrap metal.

I had got ONE flat tire last Friday by simply running over a curb. The service lady Peggy told me I would have to pay $2400 to repair it!!! $800 for two new rims, EACH! $170 for an alignment, and the rest of the cost went to two new tires and a ?tire pressure censor?. I figured that price was insanely high and I knew for a fact I didn?t need new rims! I took it to my uncle instead, and I only needed new tires. No new rims, no alignment, tire pressure censor was just fine, light came off as soon as I replaced my tires. I even pay for a tire package which I?m not too sure what that covers because no matter what happens to my tires, I still always have to pay for them to be replaced at full price. Will never get my car serviced here again! They?re a compete scam!!!

To make it an even better experience, the car was just what I was looking for, a Chevrolet Spark. I wanted a car this small to run the few errands I do run right now. I was pleased with the price as well and purchased a service policy that will help out probably in a couple of years. I hope I don't have to use it, but it's there if needed. I do like the small car a lot but haven't really driven it except into my garage. (I just purchased in on Friday last week.) I made an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived at my designated time I told them I would be waiting on not dropping it of. I was told it would be 1.5-2 hrs. I said ok because I went prepared with something to do. At the 2 hour mark I checked to see how much longer. I was told it was in the bay and would be done. shortly. It took a very long time to come to a deal. I sat there for 4 to 5 hours negotiating price on my trade-in which they said was worth nothing and then I check it the next day and they’ve posted it for 3000 more than they gave me. I was also told that I couldn’t get the rebates that were listed because you could only have certain rebates and you couldn’t have them all. There was nowhere on the site or anywhere else saying you cant get rebates that you qualified for or that there was a limit. I was told they would give me my rebates and then when I went back to sign as when they said I could receive these and not these after I sat there for four hours. When I would ask questions for clarification I felt like I was going in circles never getting a straight answer

I had problem with my 2001 ford focus early July. Had rough idle. I called Ford Autonation for repair on 15 July. they scheduled me for the 24th. I googled and found that a common failure of my year focus, would be the Differential Pressure Feedback Sensor. No codes were displayed by engine status. I purchased a replacement when the car started showing codes. I replaced the DPFE Sensor, and the codes stopped as did the rough idle. New problem was low idle and stalling at stop lights. I could not find a way to adjust the idle. I didn't cancel the Autonation appointment. I took the car to repair on the 24th. I told the Advisor to change the "failure indication" from ROUGH IDLE to LOW IDLE. A few days later, he told me that several faults were indicated, including Vacuum Lines and fuel mix. Expensive (over $800). When I picked up the car, the receipt had the initial instructions of failure. It stated ROUGH IDLE, instead of low idle. I think the mechanic searched for something that would cause rough idle (even though the car was not "rough idling". I think he searched for something that would cause intermittent rough idle, instead of trying to increase the low idle. I googled Vacuum line and saw the only symptom was rough idle. After I had replaced the Differential Pressure Feedback Sensor, the car ran very smoothly. I let them do the "repair" because I was not sure what they would do if I said "no" and attempted to take back the car. I WILL NOT BE GONG BACK TO AUTONATION FORD, ARLINGTON. I figured $800 was relatively reasonable to get my car back without being degraded somehow.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received from a dealership! My car has a recall on it and they won’t lend me a car or shuttle me to take care of the problem even though they said it will take atleast a day to repair. And the receptionist is rude every time I call. She hung up on me the last time I called with a Ford representative on the line. I will never buy a Ford again because of this poor treatment.

This is a extremely well run, operated and service savvy crew. Totally Texas committed to doing the right thing, the right way and in "lets-do-it" time. Completely proficent. My service rep named Joshua was just that way, and jus like the other service reps i had overtime. I went in for a service plan basic, and said to Joshua If you see anything extra, not covered by the plan, let me know and we'll do it. His technician had a few recommends, and we went ahead and did it. The auto just purrs with extra energy now.

Peggy is very knowledgeable and actually diagnosed an issue that a different dealer could not fix, over a 2 week period. Major kudos for this. On this visit I was not giving good info for drop off and pick up, which ended up putting me in a position to wait (a bit frustrated) , but the end result was a fixed truck and all is well. If not for the wait, I would have given this a full 5 star review.

Highly highly recommend AutoNation For Arlington, a day before going in we visited another dealership and had the worst experience. Going into this appointment we were doubtful, but still had an appointment with Kyron Session and we were able to explain our situation, no interruptions and long story short we walk out with the car we were set on a brand new 2020 Ford Explorer. Even a week after I had questions/concerns for Kyron and he touched base less than 30 minutes after sending my email. Will be returning in the future

He was turned away and was told the recall was expired and would have to pay to get the recall fixed. Called Ford customer service to inquire if recalls expire, they in fact do not. We were trying to go to the dealership we live closer to now and was hoping to make this our new dealership. Called our old dealership in Dallas we use to live by and guess what they have no problem fixing the recall. I will gladly drive across the city for better customer service. Sad because next year I wanted to buy a new car, will definitely not be buying my new car here!

What a great experience. Akim my sales guy was amazing. Very knowledgeable about the inventory and got me and my family into a brand new 2020 F-150 XLT Sport. It is everything and has everything I wanted. More than enough room for our family of 5, backup camera, situs radio, running boards, tinted windows, tons of charging ports and cup holders and in the color we wanted. Dropped off vehicle Monday at noon and did not receive any contact the following day. Called Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. requesting update, which the advisor promised to call back with information. No communication received, until we again called the next day at 11:00 a.m. to learn no diagnostics was completed yet. Later that day at 2:30, service advisor called only to request authorization for additional diagnostic fees. Incurred 4 days of car rental fees until finally receiving diagnotic information. Dave Morrison was very attentive to my concerns and got a lead mechanic to ride with me to check out the noises I was hearing from the driver's side axle. Its great for a person with limited auto (mechanical) knowledge to be able to communicate their needs and the service people translate it into layman "understandable terms." You need to teach your advisors to call their customers on the status of your vehicles. I had to go to the cashier to get my car and she had to go to the advisors desk to get my completed ticket. I was not called to let me know that my vehicle was ready for pickup. This is not the first time this has happened. The advisor even stated they would call me when completed. Very poor training on Autonations part.

Jason was rude & unprofessional to my son and the salesman on the day my son purchased a truck. So I posted my comment on google reviews. And There days later Jason called me to return to the dealership to see him to get a better rate on my financing. I drove 1 1/2 hours to have him tell me to take off my post and he would lower my interest rate 1.75%. And he again was rude and unprofessional. This is fraud!! I will NEVER purchase from him again!!

Worst experience ever! Was forced to tow my brand new 2019 edge to Arlington due to mechanical issues, even though I wanted it towed to Fort Worth. I called Arlington ford and set an apt at 11:40 for them to diagnose the issue...and come 2pm I hadn?t heard from them. Come to find out, my car was set an apt with someone who was no longer employed with the company (the guy left two weeks ago)....so my car was waiting in their parking lot to be seen by someone who doesn?t work there. No one questioned it, no one wondered why my car was there and who was working with it, no one called me...nothing. I had to find out by auto nation Fort Worth when I went with my father to get his oil change done on his own car and I happened to ask if they could check on the status for me. No apology...nothing.

I had two back-to-back great experiences with the Service Department at Auto Nation. I was notified by Ford Motors that there was a sort of a recall on an engine component on our two Ford Escapes. Auto Nation is our closest dealer and I call them the same day I got the mailed notification. When I contacted their service department, I was given all kinds of choices as far as dates and times. I schedule the first appointment on Tuesday with Mr. Dave Morrison. I arrived few minutes early and Mr. Morrison welcome me like I was an old friend. He took the time to explain the procedure, asked if I had any questions and offered me a cup of coffee and a place to relax. I was out of there in less than one hour. I schedule my other Escape (my wife's) and did the same thing the very next day. Same results !!! It is a pleasure to do bussiness with such proffessionals. Mr. Morrison's technical knowledge, dedication and enthusiasm are a clear example for more in the automotive industry to emulate.

I was very impressed with how Dave Morrison arranged the service for my Fusion. He also had to send my car to get the windows re-tinted. Had a lifetime warranty on the tint and after 7 years there were issues. He took care of that and my cars' service. Also had it washed! Very unexpected. Great job Dave! Also want to thank their courtesy driver. Didn't get his name. He shuttled me home after I dropped off my car and was very pleasant to talk to. Extremely nice man. Dave Morrison was my service advisor and he did a GREAT job. From the time I dropped my Flex (without an appointment) to his call back shortly after 7AM, he gathered the needed information to make my oil change/tire rotation effortless. He called me around 10AM to let me know I needed a back brake job and that the two (2) back tires would need replacement in the future. I asked him for an email of the tire pricing AutoNation had. He emailed me back and called again around 12PM to let me know my car was ready. When I came to pick my car up, it was clean and Dave gave me the discount my email had promised. Bought a new 2019 Ford Ranger Lariat FX4 on Saturday night. Sale went rather smoothly as I had done my homework and knew exactly what I wanted. Wednesday morning (3 days later) backed out of my garage to see a 4" crack at the bottom passenger side of my windshield. Immediately called and was told that "Windshields aren't covered under warranty and that I'd need to file a claim on my insurance". Person said that he'd talk to a manager to see what they could do and call me back. The crack continued to grow on my drive to work. I called back 4-5 hours later, got the same guy again who again told me the same "not covered under warranty" line. When I mentioned that I just bought the truck 3 days ago and that it should be covered under some sort of manufacturer product defect protection since I was reporting it in the first 7 days he said that he would talk to a manager and have someone get back to me. To this day I have yet to hear back from them.... That night I took it to Grapevine Ford who inspected it, saw that the crack had started from below the trim line and confirmed that it was a product defect and that they would replace it for free.

Drove 2 hours to purchase a used car. Prior to arrival, Jeff was responsive via text and phone. However, once the deal was signed, Jeff checked out. The vehicle only had one key. We said we needed two. Jeff's suggestion was for us to return on a Monday or Friday morning at 10 to get a second key made. Even after explaining several times that we live 2 hours away and that after a week our daughter would be taking the car to College Station, this was still his only suggestion. When it was time to sign the papers, we learned that because it was a Certified Pre-Owned, they were required to provide us two keys. Used car manager says no problem, we will have someone come to your house and make you a key - perfect!!! We leave the dealership on Wednesday afternoon (with one key). I text Jeff Thursday and Friday with no replies. Late Friday I get aggressive and he finally replies that it will be taken care of Monday. So its Monday at 2:00 and no word from Jeff. I reach out to locksmith and they have not made contact. After two texts to Jeff, the later being very aggressive - Jeff calls and is SO VERY RUDE...raising his voice and just being hateful (I sure wished I had recorded the call) - he still doesn't know his business well enough to know that he is required to provide me the second key - he is still suggesting that I drive the car back 2 hours on Monday or Friday and have a key made. When I say, no the manager says you are sending someone to my house. Because he is obviously out of the loop - I said, just let me talk to Jason (used car manager) - his reply - "you can call the main number and ask for him". 5 minutes later Jeff calls back, much nicer tone, says he talked to Jason and the locksmith has been called. To wrap up the story - Jason, the used car manager got involved and a locksmith was sent to my house and we got our second key. He followed up and was responsive - this is the ONLY reason I recommend this dealership. Either make sure you have everything you need before you leave the dealership - or get the managers cell phone number.

Everyone loves driving off the lot in a brand new vehicle.. no one loves the process of getting there! We had a very specific truck we wanted. Being the end of year the availability options were limited. We actually live in San Antonio and purchased the truck in Arlington. We also had an exact price we were willing to pay, and going back and forth with a pushy salesman wasn’t something I was looking forward to. I’d rather spend my free time loving on my kids over trying to wrangle a 15 month old in a dealership. I texted Edward and told him exactly what I wanted and what I would be willing to pay. It took some work and a little time but Edward got us there. All over text! No wasted day spent at a dealership. No getting up and threatening to walk out ten times. No salesman holding your keys hostage while he runs back and forth to talk to a manager and comes back with ten different offers before you get where you need to be, if you get there at all. While I hung out with my babies Edward did all the work with an occasional text to verify information or update on status. He didn’t waste my time with offers he knew were not going to fly, he didn’t push or insult me, didn’t try to tell me what the value of truck was as if I couldn’t read or didn’t already know. I have to admit in the back of my mind I expected some surprise or back peddling once we arrived to the dealership. My husband and I actually went back and forth on whether to call the bank to get the check issued, expecting some change once we actually arrived. I was certain we were going to get there and there was going to be some surprise. The only surprise was there were no surprises! The truck was waiting for us to look at. The paperwork was exactly as we discussed. Everything was flawless! I can’t say I loved the process... who really loves the process of buying a car or truck??? But Edward made it easy... he took the stress and frustration out of things and made a dreaded process easy. Absolutely 100 times over I recommend Edward!

I have always been treated extremely well there. great customer service. recently needed trans computer updates per Ford service bulletin. called them up expecting to have to schedule an appointment. but no, he asked if I could make it that day... Took my F250 super duty in due to a check engine light. Spoke to the service rep who stated that I’d check engine light was due to something not covered under warranty I would have to pay 179.95 for having the issue pinpointed. After 3 days of them having it, and not even being offered a loner vehicle, I was advised that the driver side battery appeared to be failing and was replaced and fixed the issue. The huge problem I have with this is that I bought the truck October of 2018 and the Ford dealership had replaced the batteries on October 5, 2018. The batteries have a huge sticker on them that says 100 month warranty yet they started popping up check engine lights after not even 12 months. I was then advised by the rep that the battery replacement would not be covered under warranty due to the fact that I did not “buy” these from ford even though these are FordMoCo brand batteries installed by ford themselves with a 100 month warranty. He stated he would go talk to his manager and came back and told me he would do it for me this time. Now, they were replaced under warranty as stated, but ford still charged me the $179.95 diagnostic fee even though the battery, still under warranty from ford was the sole issue for my check engine light. That along with not being offered a loaner vehicle at all during the process and the apparent horrible customer service they give customers who pay so much money for these vehicles, I do NOT recommend this dealership. This is closest to my home but I will probably start traveling to other ford dealerships for service and if horrible service continues I have absolutely no problem taking my business to someone other than ford. It’s unacceptable for a business your size to screw the hard working American out of $179.95 when a product ford made is causing issues under the warranty period.

I brought my car in at 8 AM on a Monday and was told that a tech could not look at it for 2 days. I had to rent a car (at my expense) while I waited. At 3:30 PM Tuesday they called to tell me the tech would now look at it. Wednesday afternoon I got a call telling me the tech could fix one of the problems but not the front end noise. They asked I would come back and take the tech for a ride to hear the noise - I declined. I picked up my car around 5:30 PM and returned the rental. The problem they did repair was a warranty item so all I had to pay was the deductible. Needless to say I don't think I will be going back to this dealer - there is another Ford dealer in town.

The finance portion went particularly well. Charlie was very knowledgeable and it went well. Sales with JEFF was a disaster. I didn’t even get a chance to test drive the vehicle before going into finance. Went in at 12pm and didn’t leave until 8:45pm. Had to wait for the vehicle to be picked up from Frisco. I was told to leave about 2pm and told not to return until 5pm when the vehicle would be ready and paperwork would be ready to be completed. I didn’t go into finance until 6:30. I finally test drove at 7 and then salesman JEFF didn’t know how to set up FordPass and it’s still not set up to this date. Upon initial inspection is the vehicle minor road damage was found on vehicle and was told it would be fixed at a later date, vehicle had 1026 miles on the vehicle when website said 8 miles as advertised, also was noted that a “remote start” would be installed as negotiated at sales. When I questioned the miles, the salesman JEFF and he replied with “I don’t know what you want me to do about it.” After being there all day, I was just ready to take the vehicle and leave. Vehicle was then taken possession of. When returning to the house a few issues were found with the plastic on the fog lamps. On Monday, dealership contacted to start repairs and service needed as negotiated. Brought in on Wednesday and was told maybe by the end of the day if not the next. Loaner was given. Salesman JEFF said he would be there to help with installation of car seat and didn’t show up and didn’t even call my wife to notify her he couldn’t make it. Wife notified sales manager to take their time because she wanted it done right. Vehicle was not returned until a whole 9 days later. Upon inspection, the plastic on the fog lamp was not replaced as requested. Also noted that an after market remote start was placed on the vehicle and not a Ford genuine part. It was discovered after I tried to adjust the setting to have the remote start last for a longer period of time over 5 minutes. When the salesman JEFF was questioned about it over the phone he said “You didn’t specify a “factory” remote start in your contract, so we went with an aftermarket remote start as an alternative.” I then question the the decision to not place a Ford genuine part on the vehicle and he then said “That is not what you asked for. You only asked for a remote start not a factory remote start specifically.” This was very disappointing to myself and I felt cheated as I figured if I bought a new Ford vehicle from a Ford dealership that a genuine Ford part would be placed on my new vehicle. The salesman JEFF then notified me that the plastic for the fog lamp was on back order and he didn’t know when the repair could be completed. I have been having issues with my focus going to Neutral when I’m driving. It happened 5 times this year. Last Saturday I had to tolled again to a mechanic shop, when they were able to diagnose the issue with the TCM. The tech called Auto Nation Ford to ask about the cost to replace it, when a service advisor, Josh, told him that because so many similar issues, Ford extended the warranty for the TCM to 150k miles and I should bring the car for replacement. I did called on Monday and a lady told me to bring the vehicle and I would have a loan vehicle when it’s been repaired. I drove to Auto Nation Ford on Monday evening to drop the focus and get the loan. For my surprise it was no loan vehicle, neither any of my information registered. I did again in person my registration and had to drive home and arrange a ride with a coworker on Tuesday earlier morning when I dropped my car. I called few times and no correct information was given to me. On Wednesday I kept calling until Stephenie, my advisor told me after lunchtime that my vehicle would be ready only on Friday. I questioned why so long and she said they were waiting on parts. For my surprise when I was going home from work around 6 pm she called me and said that the car was ready to pickup until 7pm. I told Stephenie that I could not make until Thursday evening. I got a ride from work from my work in Midlothian to pickup the my car. I got it and it seems to be okay so far. Also I usually take my cars to dealers and they wash and clean the car as courtesy, but it did not happened at Auto Nation Ford Arlington, TX. Very disappointed with Auto Nation for the communication issues.

Waited for a loaner for 2 weeks. Dropped of my vehicle on a Thursday to replace windshield. Fix a rattling in the door panel and a dash panel by the remote start and replace a hook for the net in my trunk. All covered under warranty except the windshield. A week later my windshield is not replaced. Turns out I had to make phone calls myself to redeem warranty. Finally 9 days later I picked up my vehicle. Broken glass everywhere. The dash still rattles and the windshield wasn?t installed appropriately. The door lever was broken. My car was trashed. Asked to speak to a manager stated he would detail it. Left the vehicle. Picked it up 3 days later and it wasn?t detailed. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Overall experience was good. It took a while to complete the financing. I don't know what to suggest to speed that up. I found the car advertised on Craigslist. I was able to check availability and put a hold on the vehicle. Making an appointment was easy. Vehicle was clean when I arrived. If I were going to suggest an improvement, whatever process is done to prepare used vehicles for sale should involve checking all features of the car for functionality so that any parts that are in need of repair can be disclosed to the potential buyer. This car had a problem with door locks not functioning. It would have been nice to have had that disclosed upfront. I don't think the dealership was aware that there was a problem. That said, I like the car and the overall buying experience was good. I would consider buying another car from them.

Great experience buying a new car. I hate car shopping. I hate when a salesman brings me a completely different car than the one I asked to test drive. These guys were great. Didn’t try to pressure me into buying the same day, understood that I wanted to take some time to test drive other models, and in the end, got me the car I wanted, in the color I wanted, even though it wasn’t on their lot. Angel was so sweet and super professional. I had inquired about a vehicle the day before. Initially it was a used focus. She emailed the next day and after a quick call explaining that the car was for our daughter, her first car, she explained that she could send pricing for several brand new Fiestas that would be less than the 3 year old.Focus. She was right, and I was surprised when I saw pricing that she sent showing this. We got our daughter a safe, reliable vehicle, and we got peace of mind knowing that she has roadside assistance, a warranty, paint protection (sort of don't like that the dealer had this on every Fiesta and it cost extra), and that we will.save on insurance because it's new and loaded with safety features. Professional and unbelievably fast. Service Advisor said that early morning appointments would be better if I wanted to wait for my recall service. 7am worked out very well. People were polite and professional. Glad that I declined courtesy van service for expected 2 to 4 hour ordeal. Because I barely got comfortable with my coffee and my book when they came and told me that the work was complete. It was finished in just over an hour! Didn't get a free car wash but was very pleased with overall experience.

Terrible customer service. Not one representative greeted me upon arrival and it was not a busy morning due to the weather . When I picked up my car, it took forever for someone to bring the car around ,which was annoying. In fact, I was given the keys so not quite sure how they thought they were going to bring my car to me. When I expressed my frustration, one the service reps, who was chewing tobacco and using a coffee cup as a spittoon, rolled his eyes at me. I asked him if he needed to say anything to me and he didn’t answer. I called back to speak to General Manager,who returned call. He did nothing to convince me that he was sorry for the poor customer service,in fact was a tad condescending. I canceled all warranties as I will not be returning to this dealership ever again

When I got there the lady Peggy looked over worked and lost on what to do the other service writers were busy so I'm stuck with her I tell her what I thought the issue was about my brakes and the low oil pressure she writes notes on the chart and told me they will look at it Saturday but it could b Monday. So Monday come I didn't get any update Tuesday Wednesday no update so I call Wednesday and she gives me so BS about how busy they are but they will get to it. So I go up there in person to see why my truck have been there five days and nothing done so I talk to a different service guy he got the manager to see what the issue is with getting someone to look at my truck. He told me that someone to look at it today Thursday my truck was done Friday but still making the same noise that I was complaining about I called Peggy and told her its doing the same thing it was doing when I dropped it off a week ago she told me to bring it back Saturday morning 11/17/18 Saturday she road with me and was very rude didn't want to listen claim she don't hear the what I was talk about and that they fix the breeks they did there job she augured with me riding in my truck we get to the shop she lies to her boss I told him their is something wrong I might not be the breaks but something is wrong he gets a guy to ride with he hears right away what I was talking about and tells me what he thinks it is so we get back to the shop and they look at the issue and fix the truck but the problem I have is with Peggy and the way I was treated by her with the lies its more to it then just this I'm writing this is my 3rd F150 I've bought from this location and its the last too and I just bought a Lincoln 3 months ago from Don Davis off highway 360 I've been driving fords for over 30 years and this is how I was treated its crazy

The new service department at Autonation Arlington TX is great but before they had the new facilities Dave Morrison was taking excellent care of me, my wife and our Explorer. Dave makes sure he understands the issues with the car before I take it in, he keeps me fully informed of progress during the visit and makes sure everything is completed to our satisfaction before we leave the dealership. Our schedule is busy so even when my wife needs to take the care in Dave makes her feel comfortable dealing with the service issues. I recently purchased my 2017 Shelby GT350 fro AutoNation in Arlington, TX (flew from Virginia to see the car and sign papers). It's my dream car and I was very serious about my purchase. Unfortunately, paying $56k for the car doesn't mean that you will get an amazing customer service from this dealership. Here are several issues that I mentioned to Sales Manager and her General Manager: 1. Car had chips on the front bumper that were supposed to be fixed before delivery. They were not fully fixed and still visible. 2. The scrapped front lip was removed even though Manager promised me to keep it on the car and send the replacement in the mail. 3. Most importantly, car came in with EMPTY gas tank and Kyron from sales department was trying to convince me that this was delivery company requirement. To sum up, we spent 2 hours trying to get at least some gas into the car (it was way deep on the truck so gas cap was unreachable and then get the car from the truck. So it's fuel can + 17 gallons of gas + tons of time / energy; 4. We specifically asked not to detail the car in any way - we got the car with engine bay and interior detailed - since car was on the truck traveling across the country, engine bay and interior is sticky and greasy now and I have to redo everything. 5. Car is missing second key fob and I will have to pay for making it. I sent this information to my Sales person and she forwarded it to her boss on Friday last week. We heard nothing since then. Extremely disappointed.

I had to find a car immediately because my vehicle was starting to break down. I found my new (used) car online, and went to the dealership the next day. It was nice that they had the option to pre-check my credit on the website, so when I arrived at the dealership, everything was ready to go. I test drove it, and took it home the same day. The salesperson, Katarina, was very helpful and friendly. My car was fairly inexpensive, and I assume the salespeople work off commission, so the fact that she treated me as if I were buying a newer, more expensive car, tells me that she genuinely wanted to help me. AutoNation Ford Arlington does not stand by their service. I called this service center because I saw that they originally installed my window tint on my 2013 car which is bubbling terribly and honestly becoming a safety hazard because it is affecting view to one of my side mirrors. After reaching out to the dealership where I purchased the car, I found out that the tinting warranty is only honored by the place that tinted the car. I called AutoNation and they told me that because I'm not the original purchaser, this warranty won't be honored by them either even though it is still the original tint they installed.

The rear-view camera had become unreliable on my 2012 F-150. I made an appointment to have it repaired or replaced at AutoNation Ford, Arlington, Texas. I arrived fifteen minutes early and my truck was taken to the service area at 0800 hours. The repair was completed in forty minutes and I was on my way to other errands.

He called me about a couple of things that needed to be done the next time I am in. The car was ready in less than 2 hours. Always call for an appointment!

I had to seek someone out even though all service reps were sitting at their desks where they could see that I was needing assistance. I observed this happen many times during my three hour wait.

Our car was fixed in a timely manner. This was absolutely the worst experience I have had at this dealership. From The time I dropped the truck off, I was treated indifferently. I pulled up in the service lane where the signs stated to go. I waited and waited for someone to come out, knowing they could see me sitting there in front of the LARGE windows. I finally went in. In the first office the person was on the phone, in the next office two men were sitting and chatting. I walked in and Lex looked up and asked me if I needed something. Yes, my car serviced. Prior to going out and even looking at my vehicle he wanted to know what all I needed and had me sign a form that it would be $99.95 to even look at the door that was stuck. I also asked that he check the drivers side blinker as I believed there was a bulb out. That done, he told me they were very busy and probably wouldn't even look at it until sometime on Monday (this was Thursday). I agreed and left the truck. He called me on Saturday to tell me that to fix the door it would be $600.00 (this is a quarter door) and that they would have to order the part. I told him to forget it and that I would have to pick up the truck on Monday as I wouldn't make it there by 5:00. I went by on Monday evening, stepped into his office, where he was again sitting and chatting, and he again asked me if I needed something. I said to pick up my truck, he just stared at me, I said the name is Russo. He said you need to just go to the cashier, they will have everything. I went to the cashier where I had to wait because he was not there. When he arrived, he found my paperwork and ran my debit card charging me $36.99. I asked him about the cost and he said everything they did was listed. I signed the receipt and was about to walk off with my keys when Lex walked up and told the cashier, you need to reprint hers. I just re-did it, do a reprint and walked off. The cashier said I wish he had told me that a while ago. He reprinted the invoice which was now $136.99. I asked him to go over what was done with me. He stated they changed the light bulb. I realize, that I agreed to the $99.95 charge to check the door, but I cannot help feeling extremely taken advantage of for basically being charged $136.99 to change a light bulb and being treated the way I was treated. Lex, never spoke to me at the cashiers stand or anything else. To make matters worse, I was told the truck would be parked somewhere out front. After looking around for several minutes, I went back in and told them someone needed to find the truck for me and bring it up, I wasn't going to spend my time searching. I also think that a $3.75 disposal fee for a tiny light bulb is ridiculous. All this said, the money $36.99 for a light bulb change might not be as much as issue if I had at least been treated decently.
